Even though it is usually at the end of the second week of summer, Summerfest really kind of kicks off the summer for us. This year the parade was FREEZING, but we braved it because Uncle Jake and Aunt Julie were in it. We did get a lot of candy! We also went and did some rides and tried to find all the free things we could do. The kids had so much fun and each made a free craft.
