Max Is 8!

Another post lost in the draft folder:

Well, Max is 8.  I can't say much more than that because I am in complete disbelief!  I know there are many times that I feel like things happened recently, but with Max it truly feels like he was born yesterday.  24 hours ago, yesterday!  I remember everything so vividly and I can't express the love I have for this little boy!  He is amazingly smart, handsome, talented and sweet.  His heart is very tender. When he experiences feeling the spirit, he gets teary-eyed and hugs me.  It is an amazing feeling!  I hope he continues to look for opportunities to feel the spirit and never loses his desire to share with me. I want him to always know he can come to me about anything.

Max will be baptized at the end of the month and he is so excited.  He has the opportunity to do the whole program as there are no other children from our ward being baptized.  Here are a few things about Max at age 8:

5. What is your favorite movie? I don't have a favorite movie

6. What is your favorite thing to wear? A hat

8. What is your favorite song? If the Savior Stood Beside Me

9. What is your favorite book? James and the Giant Peach

10. Who is your best friend? Austin Long

11. What is your favorite snack? Banana

12. What is your favorite drink? Root Beer

13. What is your favorite breakfast? Eggs

14. What is your favorite lunch? Corn dogs

15. What is your favorite dinner? Chicken Tikka Masala

16. What is your favorite game? Soccer

17. What is your favorite thing to play outside? Riding my Bike

18. What is your favorite holiday? Christmas 

19. What do you sleep with at night? Nothing (Although I know he sleeps with his teddy bear, Max)

20. What do you want to be when you grow up? Race Car Driver
